Dzikir Sholat

This project is a Dhikr After Prayer video that I created as part of my ibadah practice, specifically to get used to reciting dhikr after prayer according to the Sunnah. In this video, I recite short dhikr commonly practiced after completing obligatory prayers, such as istighfar (recitation of the name of Allah), tahmid (recitation of the name of Allah), tasbih (recitation of the name of Allah), tahlil (recitation of the name of Allah), and takbir (recitation of the name of Allah).

The goal of this project is to practice consistent dhikr after prayer, train the tongue to remember Allah easily, and strengthen the heart by increasing the number of thayyibah (prayer phrases). Furthermore, I created this video to inspire my friends—especially fellow students—to start making dhikr after prayer a habit, even if only a little, but regularly.

Dhikr after prayer was chosen because it is part of the Sunnah and has many benefits: calming the heart, increasing rewards, and maintaining our connection with Allah after completing prayer.

Through this project, I realized that dhikr isn’t just about reciting certain phrases, but also a form of gratitude, introspection, and an effort to bring God into our daily lives. I hope this video will motivate others to make dhikr a habit after prayer, and make it a small act of worship that continues to yield rewards.
